Hey allow yourself to be tired. Most would be zonkers going through it.
If you can, get outside. Walk. Sit under a tree. Swim. Look at every single person going by and say to yourself, I know something you don't know. And I know how bloody strong I am. And I am not alone. Ever. And meditate if you can.
Peace out.
Be happy or tired. Either is great.
Hello Kay. I have breast cancer and connective tissue disease. I have recently finished Chemo so I completely get where you're coming from.......it's exhausting isn't it. Do as much as you can but no more. Don't push yourself. It will get better.
