Identify the markings/ sores /rash

Hi,I am currently under testing for Lupus and have been since having my stroke a year ago at 44 years old. I have had intermittent symptoms of discoid lupus and developed these markings/lesions etc on the back of my hair line after being outdoors all day a few days ago. I have to say im having a difficult time accepting that this may be my skin for now on. Does anyone else develope this type thing on the back if their neck as well and can confirm it looks the same ?

So sorry to hear you had a stroke so young and have got these unpleasant skin symptoms now 🙁 I haven’t got that type of skin lupus so can’t comment from personal experience but from photos of others and in journals it does like fairly typical. Are you seeing a rheumatologist and having treatment? A lot of lupus symptoms, including skin, will get much better once you’re on the correct treatment and if it’s found not to be lupus I’m sore they will find something to help too

Hello, I recognize that this post is quite old but I am wondering what the outcome of your diagnosis was. I have the exact same lesions on the back of my neck and have been getting them for two years.
