Hi all, could do with a bit of a vent, I've been on hydroxychloroquine for 2 years and it really seemed like my migraines improved on it, but I'm now starting to get them again. I'm gutted. Has this happened to anyone else?

Unfortunately yes although I was thinking it was temporarily stopping methatrexate that has brought the headaches back I’ve also noticed I’ve got quite a lot of muscle wasting on my arms and they are noticeably weaker and my wife has found a article that suggests hydroxy can give you muscle wasting hope your headaches clear up so9n as I know they c@n drag you do2n
Yes I know what you mean yesterday I got a migraine just bang did not know what to do with my head that just come on really quick but fortunately they go very quickly but they can be horrible I just went and sat in my van until it past hope you headaches get less intense very soon
My Dr. Normally changes the medications after 2 to 3 years when ever long lasting side effects pops up.
Now a days lots of other medications are available which are commonley used
My migraines settled a lot when I stopped eating gluten
