Lupus?

Hi all! I am new to this site. I am diagnosed with fibromyalgia and RA. I also have many of the signs and symptoms of lupus. It did not show up on the bloodwork, but I read you can have symptoms before the diagnosis. This morning I woke up with the classics butterfly rash. Is there a possibility that I have all 3?

I'm afraid it's not really possible for us to say whether the symptoms you are experiencing could be caused be lupus, one of your other conditions, or something else entirely. It is definitely worth keeping photos of any rashes and getting them checked by your doctor if you suspect that you could have lupus. Lupus and RA can occasionally overlap (this is often referred to as rhupus by consultants) and around 20% of people with lupus also have fibromyalgia, so I don't think it should be ruled out as a possibility, but it is probably not the only possible cause of your symptoms.
