Headache and vomiting

Last night I had such a bad headache that I ending up vomiting few times. Should I be worried about it and call my lupus nurse? Xx

Your body is definitely telling you there is a problem.

Your lupus nurse may be unavailable until after the Easter break so try to do things where you can to assist the situation.

I am awake atm due to a headache but seems not as severe as yours.

Is your urine dark? If so your body may be telling you you need a clear out or that you are dehydrated.

If so try to drink water. I sometimes can't drink much water but boiled warm water is easier. This will assist in flushing the body If that is what's needed.

Watch for any other signals your body may be giving that will help point to the problem.

Have you eaten properly with proper food over the last couple of days. Holiday periods can cause us to vary what we should be eating.
