Loss of appetite what is wrong!?

I have not been hungry for the past two days but I have been eating minimal because I feel like I should have energy in my body. I am a girl and my period is over a month late (its usually irregular) but I think that is because I have been exercising a lot and losing weight. I had protected sex about a month ago and took a pregnancy test that came out negative. I dont want to be pregnant but the thought keeps coming back every time I feel nauseous. I feel full all the time and when I eat I feel even more full and nauseous. What can I do to help my loss of appetite and fullness/what is causing this?!

Have you discussed this with your GP or rheumatologist?

According to The Lupus Encyclopedia, certain medications such as hydroxychloroquine and azathioprine can sometimes cause a loss of appetite. Loss of appetite can also occur when decreasing a steroid does or completely stopped it. Difficulty sleeping and anxiety can contribute to a decreased appetite. Nausea can also cause a loss of appetite.
