Hi, this afternoon I feel so dizzy with nausea and if I don't sit down I honestly could just faint. I did sleep so I don't know why I am feeling like this. What should I do? Xx

I feel like this quite often, especially if the weather is bad. It is put down to the fact I have Eustachian tube dysfunction. This is the tubes in my ears not opening properly. Do you have any problems with your ears? It also causes a feeling of pressure in my ears and often pain. I have been prescribed pseudoephedrine, which is generic sudafed, and also prochlorperazine which is an anti nausea tablet.

May be worth making an appointment with your GP to find out what is causing the dizziness and nausea. There are medications which can help. Xx
