SED rate was 45 at last checkup. Inflammation markers are definitely up there.

For some people, 45 isn’t all that high but my norm is 11 or below so I definitely feel lousy at anything over 30. The most frustrating thing is when our blood tests don’t reflect how ill we’re feeling xx

When I told one of the MD's that my SED rate was 45, she completely scoffed and said "mine is probably that high too, most older people have an elevated SED rate" ok, well, I have never had a SED rate that high, so for me, this is new. I hated how she acted, like I was imagining things, or acting sick - like Lady, how do YOU KNOW HOW I FEEL? I was annoyed to say the least.
