Jaccouds arthropathy

Hi I am trying to find a site about Jaccouds arthropathy. I have been diagnosed with this condition which, apparently can happen in SLE patients. It is mainly hand deformation. I would like to find out more on this subject. If anyone knows of a site or knows about this condition I would be grateful for any info. TIA
