Dear santa won't you help me please

By bringing me a new set of knees

New feet, new legs and new hips

To stop this lot giving me jip

New arms, new hands and a new back too

To stop me using words that's blue

New face, new mouth and a new head

To stop these migraines that I dread

To have a day with no fatigue

Just one day where I feel freed

Please santa I have done my best

All I want is a little rest

And to remember where I've been, who I've spoke to who I've seen

To enjoy Christmas Day as I used to do

Please santa I am asking you.

I wrote this two years ago and it still seems apt.

Merry Christmas to you all. Xx

Oh how I sympathise- I ask for the same things too - but I’ve obviously not cracked the good girl thing yet as I’m still waiting!! I do try 😇 - perhaps I’ve got to try curb the language at moments of the excruciating 😱🤫

Anyway I wish you all the very best - a Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year. 🙋🏻‍♀️😘

If only, it is such a stain getting through Christmas isn’t it, my little girls birthday is Christmas Eve too so it’s double busy in our house. I have managed to get through to today but now I have a migraine and so very fatigued.

I hope you had a good Christmas. X

Life isn’t fair is it. I’m sorry your so young. I guess I’m lucky that my symptoms have only been bad since having my youngest 5 years ago and I’m 40 now. I still hate this condition especially as I have two beautiful children and it stops me doing things with them. X

I’ve had since I was 15 . I hated it a lot back then. I’ve realised I’m not going to let it stop me doing things I want . Obviously their are limitations to what I can do but I still try !
