Does this look no like a mild case? Or does it look normal. My hands feel weird pressure and numb feeling off and on.

Not normal. It could be Raynaud's as my hands can look a little like this, but a doctor is the best judge

Not sure. I have diagnosed raynauds and my fingers go deathly white - bloodless - and hands are purple most of the time.

My nails look like that when it's really cold. I was told is mild Reynauds.... I'm not a Dr, can you show these pictures to yours?

It could be that or something else.

Does it get better with heat? Or under any other circunstance?

I hope you get help soon dear. Hugs!

Hi Sherrym24 ,

If you are concerned that you may be experiencing Raynaud's phenomenon then it is best to discuss this with your GP and/or consultant and show them the photos. They may wish to perform some tests.

If you would like more information about Raynaud's with tips for managing it, please take a look at our blog article here - lupusuk.org.uk/coping-with-...

My nails go like that except for index fingers go white, my fingers go blue white too and my toenails go like that and hurt in hot bath. Either way they don’t look normal and obviously concerned so I’d get checked out . Best wishes
