I have had this for a few years now. Initially it was on the left side and started up after taking Tramadol with me. I was actually sent into hospital to check it wasn’t a stroke. Over time it’s spread right across my face and I get told different things by different medics. I have a very neurological type of Sjögren’s. You should really get it checked out by a doctor - it could be nothing to do with Lupus.
