Feeling really low today and feel like screaming why me. My whole body aches and my kneess are reall painful

Hello Lancslass1962,

That's not good. I've had a few good days but last night was ghastly, so this morning I'm pretty fed up too. I wish I could offer some consolation, but knowing that it's not just you may isn't much, is it?

Today is a day for hunkering down and just getting through it - I'm going to huddle in my armchair with a hot, sweet, cup of tea and watch the birds being blown about the garden. Later on, the cat and I might watch an Ealing comedy on the laptop.
