Red fingers and redness inside palms

Hi all I'm wondering could this be connected to lupus ?I am awaiting a first appointment with rheumatologist after anti s DNA test showed that I have tested high on that .This was discovered in July at respiratory clinic who ran bloods,repeat was down and result the same I've got an appointment for a lupus clinic at the end of this month .

My hands on the inside look abit too red and my fingers look blood red .Im aware I have a touch of reyanauds affecting fingers mainly in winter and ears also burn red .Im concerned now that the redness in my inside of fingertips and palms could be related to lupus .

Has anybody heard of this before ?I googled it and what I found has me concerned .
