I have been told by a gastric doctor that I should take B12 injections for the pain in my live bowl area. I've had cameras and everything looks normal, done the coliac test 6 tines and I don't have that. I'm was anemic but not anymore but you wouldn't know from how white I am. I want to know if it's safe to have? Please answer back it would be very much appreciated ^ω^

B12 is just a vitamin that you normally get from your diet so perfectly safe. It sounds as if they think you may have a type of anaemia that is due to not absorbing vit B12 from your food. If you don't absorb it you become deficient and it causes symptoms. If you aren't absorbing it - they give it you by injection which gets it directly into your body.
Doctors don't normally offer dangerous things to patients - and when they do, the benefits are greater than the risks. In this case - even that doesn't apply. Have your injections.
I would definitely go for it. I take b12 and it helps with energy too!
B12 helps your brain, nervous system and red blood cells. Although it can be found in some foods if , for whatever reason your bowel is not absorbing enough then injections will help. I had them for a time which helped with fatigue.
