Even day I feel like I'm drowning when everyone else is above the water

It is I think it's just one more thing to add to my worries

They said they will do a man thing over the phone I just don't understand my life anymore I will stay strong but sometimes I just need someone to talk to

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with depression and anxiety. Have you discussed this with your GP or consultant to see what additional treatment or other support they may be able to offer?
