I get strange looks when saying my "bum bones" are the most painful. Car rides and virtually every chair makes me wince, as well as lying on my back. Ischeal tuberosities. I wonder whether saying that to medics make it clearer? Research so far on google shows that it can be a runner's or cycle rider's problem (not guilty) and that my theory that getting more weight on there might help, but won't.
Ah well, back to the recommended gentle physiotherapist's suggestions. Building up the wasted muscle can't harm the hips and pelvic pain. 👍
Upper arm strenth is pretty good though. Heels of hands lifting myself off my backside has done wonders by accident 😀
