Hi I havnt been diagnosed yet waiting to see a specialist to have a tongue biopsy

My symptoms

Hair thinning ,sore muscles,fatigue, constant coated white tongue and a rash that appears across my chest and my nose. .,constant urine infections

Doctors have said I have an ammune disorder but don't no wat yet as all my bloods for iron , magnesium etc came back normal . I am worried sick😔
