I don't remember getting this, can this be from lupus?

I'm afraid that we are not medically trained here so we cannot comment on whether this may or may not be a symptom of lupus. It is worth keeping photos of any visible symptoms so that you can show them to your doctor when you see them.

Yes, I have rashes like that also...to my luck they have left dark patches from my head to toes.

They just seem to appear🤔

Yes. My very ill health symptoms began like that! 2 years ago. Since diagnosed sjogrens query lupus. Also diagnosed hypothyroidism 25 yr ago.

My ankle began with a horrible itch then after prescriptions of hydrocortisone just got worse. Eventually, swelled so bad skin erupted. Full body rash with severe crazy mind itching! Prescribed antibiotics.

Dermatologist then came on board. Chemical testing revealed significant reaction to metal cobalt nickel. She also noted my levothroxine was over prescribed leading to thyroid suppressed.

I think you could see GP or practice nurse?

I do wish you well. I hope yours clears up soon.

Ps, as Paul advised. Keep photos. That became very important and useful as I visited various medics.
