I get a lot of shooting pains in my toes. Have got mild peripheral neuropathy. Rheumy has put me on amitriptyline which has helped a lot
I don't suffer with the pain however my top of big toe is partially numb. I'm currently waiting to see rheumatologist for diagnosis at the moment
Yeah I get this really bad on my right big toe going down the none into my foot.left foot is just discomfort.I have been given splints to put in my footwear at all times.told too alternate hot cold compresses and use glass bottles with warm water to roll the soles of my feet back n forth.My feet are always freezing too.I also take amatryptaline gabapetin and tramadol.U don't want a 13 year old so heavily medicated though.I would try the splints and physio.
