Itchy soles of feet

For the past 2 weeks I've had itching on the sole of my right foot. There's no rash. Anyone experienced this?

I've got lupus/coeliac.

Yes i have experienced it during lupus flare ups.no rash appears.

Yes on my right foot too, never any rash though. Mine is a recent thing.

Hi I have alternate pain burning and itching on the tops of my feet.

I have to sleep with them sticking out of the bottom of the duvet as I can't stand anything touching them.

I sometimes find that E45 itch cream helps a bit.

Yes me to.

I get unbearably itchy patches on the soles of my feet and the more I itch them the worse it gets. The skin where it's itchy seems to "peel" in an outward fashion, then I tend to pick it and make it sore. 😶 it does seem to tend to coincide with when I'm a bit "flarey".
