Would like some help!!!

I have recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about a month after this I developed a red itchy rash on the tops of my legs, side and then it went to the back of my legs! A reaction to my meds has been ruled out and I have been referred to a demotologist. The rash as subsided but has left my skin discoloured in places. Could this be Lupus??

Not thinking it is fibro, I don't know rashes to be associated with it. You rash (scars) do look like it could be a discoid lupus type of rash. I have them like that all over my head and side of face. I had a biopsy done to confirm lupus.

What until dermatologist appt. See what they say.

Hi there thank you for your reply. The more I look into it the more I am thinking it might be discoid lupus but as you say wait for the dermatologist ! Thanks again xx

I'm afraid that we are not medically trained here, so we couldn't say whether this could be a lupus rash or not. I'm glad to hear that you have a referral to a dermatologist to have it checked - let us know how you get on.
