just starting off by saying i know that people on here are not medical trained however any advice that can be offered would be grate.

So on thursday I made a big change of deciding I wanted to live in halls for the last year of my degree and Im now supposed to be moving out next sunday afternoon. Though me being me has annoyingly come down with muscle pain/ weakness in both legs, feet and right arm. I also feel nauseous and have a fever. I have taken some paracetamol in the hope it might help my fever, if anything. Before all of this happened I just had fatigue in my legs. I feel like im really unlucky right now.

So if anyone has any advice on best ways of dealing with this that would be fab as I would like to turn up next week in one piece. I dont fancy starting my year with an un planned trip to the gp. Also if anyone has advice on how best to cope with the whole moving out process that would be grate as Im slightly afraid of over doing it but also want to enjoy the free buffet that the uni is putting on that night.

Make a list of what needs done.try and spread these out over next 7 days.if you try to do too much at once you 'll feel much worse.take time each day to relax.Make sure and utilise all the help offered from others.the uni might have support available speak to student services asap.enjoy the halls☺
