Well I'm struggling this morning

sore mouth and knees that want to give way on me and foot well it feels broken my big toe on the bad knee just ache all over and got to lye on bed today no energy what so ever didnt even want to go to gym for a swim would have been a bit to much docs next week going to check my vit d and pdsa for prostrait legs feel like they are loose at the knee and ankles hope no one else has this problem

i also felt to much tinkling in my legs last night was drivng me mad with the heat and redness in them think its going to be a wheel chair the way things are going with this Y OU PUSH AND ALL YOU GET BACK IS ACHE AND PAIN.
