Hope you are feeling better. I follow other's advice to keep the photo to show the medics how you can look with a skin flare. I'm very careful in the sun, but have taken a couple of selfies for my rheumy in case I'm my usual ghostly pale when I see him x

Thank you and me and flare ups can be me just walking from car to store or one small block and I pay for it later 😟

Thank u I'm somewhat ok but after that picture I became even more red and my entire beck also and that flare up started with pain on left side abdominal side and soon after my face and neck became like fire red
