Hi there just want to has anyone had the operation carpel tunnel?
If yes I would want to know how long does it take to recover.
It's just that I've had mine done about 4 weeks ago. And it's still painfull and my index finger is all numb and so is my thumb.
I've had both hands done, one took about 6 weeks the other several months. It really depends on how damaged the nerve bundle was prior to the release of the Carpel Tunnel
As you say one of your hands took several months what kind of pain did you have.
It was more of a funny pins and needles felling. The thumb was numb for ages it's settled down now, about a year on But anything is better than the numbness, no feelings that was there
