Can people advise on this Lupus

New her got lupus then it smashes me to bits then seems to go leaving damage  thought I had done me ankle this time then spread to my knee 

Then little red blobs on little fingers at first bend appears like inflammation  and clunking under knee cap neck cracks as well my walking feels like I have one leg longer than other lol I have been on low dose peristome and was wondering if it was this cos this can do ligament damage but I'm only on 5 mg anyone give advice  or have this

Is it 5mg of prednisolone you are on at the moment? Are you on any other treatments for your lupus?

Yes I'm on 5 of pressure thought I had twisted me ankle 10 weeks ago then spread to knee the lumps on small index fingers
