Giving up smoking.

Hi very one (tes i know i should smoke any way) I am using the pipe's they are ok but i thought giving up would make my health better. But no it hasn't it's made things worse like i get out of puff even to my a coffee, i do have asmuer but not needed a pump for last 3 years or so but now i really need it, it makes me feel sick but i should be ok. Plus it still make me want one all the time, not sure what i am looking for really but just to see if anyone one else has used these and how they worded or didn't.

Hi, are you using 1 of those e cigs? Cheap ones do make breathing worse apparently. My neighbour had same problem. Well done though, I've just started on champix to help stop smoking

Yes but it was not cheap one. On Sunday evening i felt up well so i didn't pick it up and with that i haven't picked it up since then i have not had anything so doing well at the minute.

Hi I stopped 16 months ago as did my husband to support me.My gastro doc said I should not be smoking with my blood,this was even before being seen by rhuemy.I use the e- cig to keep me sane and believe me it does lol.I couldn't have done it without the e-cig as all this lupus stuff  can be so frustrating.If I can do it anyone can as I have always smoked and never even attempted to give them up. It was just making me ill and i don't feel well as it is but it was really adding to my pain. On Sunday i choose not to use it as it was bad, went to bed got up and just didn't pick it up again 3 day's so far so not to bad as i was smoking age 14 and i am now coming to 41 so really pleased that's one less to think about. x

Hi tiggergirl I gave up 3 years ago thats when all my problems started it seemed like my body just fell apart I began to wish I had not given up but I didnt start again x

Well i have got to the bottom of this now. i read up things about the pipes and how they can make you feel or make you ill. I was feeling ill and low i had 2 opsions 1 was start smoking again or not use the pipe, as i had not had a smok in so long i just put the pioes down 2 weeks again i am now a non smoker.
