Side effect methotrexate

my methotrexate was upped from 15 to 20 mg, injection.I have noticed a day or so after the injections I am having anxiety and feel panicky.

Haven't come across it, I just feel yuck the next day (20mg Subcut) It's a very strong drug so may take your body a little while to adjust. The rheumatology department at my local hospital has a help line plus you can often pop in and speak to the nurse. If yours offers something similar give them a ring.

I am on 5 mg of follic acid.maybe I could up it

They changed the amount of folic acid I take from 1*5mg tablet a week yo 6*5mg tablets

One a day for 6 days missing out the day you take the methotrexate. They were changed due to feeling sick for a day or so afterwards
