Hello Christy. Am very sorry your daughter is having to manage this sort of fistula. My sister in law has been living with an anal-vaginal fistula for many years due to Crohn's disease. It's very tough, but manageable. Your daughter's doctors should be diagnosing the condition underlying & causing this fistula, and organising a treatment & management plan. E.g. My sister in law was on daily prednisolone for many years, but this was for her crohns generally. Wishing you & your daughter good luck 🍀🌻 coco
