Are you talking about your GP or a Rheumatologist? If this was your GP you could ask for a referral to a Rheumatologist who might understand these results better.
I never heard of -20... But a positive dsdna is strongly correlated with lupus...I am assuming your Ana would likely be positive too. The diagnosis is usually based on 11 criteria...if you have four of them..you can be diagnosed good luck to you..sending positive thoughts
Thank you sarah, when I asked my doctor about all the bloods I had done he just said I dont really understand the results, I think they are fine but the dsdna says minus 20, he then said ( whatever that means I dont no), so I was a little confused x
Yea I no thank you , im waiting for a scan.on my hands which will be my last test before my rheumatologist calls me back , just wondered if anyone had any ideas until then as my doctor said he didnt no what it meant x
I just don't know how it could be a negative number..I could see zero..but negative...definitely check with rheumatologist. Good luck ..keep us posted.
