In two minds...

Still having a horrible time at the moment but woke up today with a positive attitude that I haven't felt in months the grey has lifted for a few hours today so I'm enjoying it while it lasts...I'm just slightly annoyed had to go for routine tests as usual this week and thought as was that way get my appointment letter for rhumey this coming month as lost mine and turns out there was a mistake made and my appointment was booked for this time NEXT YEAR well I kicked up my appointment is supposed to be in 2 weeks maximum of 8 week break between appointments coming on 6 well got offered and appointment for this coming Tuesday but with a doctor iv never met so unsure about this now as my usual team know me so well and I know them I'm comfortable and feel listened to with them so the thought of another doctor who won't listen is making me really anxious in a way but I can't decide if a new set or ears and eyes might help and with me so uncontrollable atm don't really want to wait the now extra 7 weeks for an appointment with my normal rhumey.....thoughts would be nice ?????

Maybe it's my age, but at times like this, I've managed to train myself to go with the "new set of ears" positive attitude...

BUT I make sure I have a contingency plan in case the new medic turns out to be hopeless (am lucky to have a good GP & a great Specialist Lupus Nurse)

Looking forward to the discussion that follows here..

Thinking the new set might he good a fresh take on things it's just hard because I have a problem with new people and can't really afford to go not as open with a rhumey if that makes sense x
