Yes...argh: have had this badly over the years...apparently due mainly to my version of Ehlers Danlos type hypermobility...sorry to say this, but each session took ages of recovery...vvv sore & vvvv disabling: but, if you go gently & stay patient, you'll be yourself again...hope you'll let us know how you get on🍀🌻

Rotator cuff injury can be painful but also can improve with anti inflamatories and the correct physio to strengthen the supporting tissue whilst the injury heals. Soft tissue injury is slow to heal and will be slower with us, who will attack ourselves. Get a physiology to have a look.x

Hi Mason, I don't get a tearing or popping sound, butI do find that if I lay a certain way something in my shoulder moves and it really hurts so I have to readjust my laying position. My Rheumy said that there's an injection that would help but i said no way! I'm going to consider seeing a Myotherapist much like a chiropractor, but I think they work more on the Deep Tissue. But I must say since being on Plaquinal the pain isn't as bad.I hope that you get some relief very soon Mason, so good luck and try not to use that arm as much, which is hard to do. Take care, and have a wonderful Christmas.🌲🍀❤️

Yes, I too have this problem in both shoulders, every so often i have cortisone injections which do help if put in correctly, the last one I had was put in blindly so there was no effect at all. 3 weeks ago I had a nerve conductor test, and was told all was good. however 1 day later I work up with a stiff neck? the pain and the pain from the rotator cuff both on same side unable to describe.

Last year I had some tests and it was shown that I have crystals in my joints, and was prescribed medication which seems to have been helping as my last Bone scan showed an improvement. It was also suggested that I take Pregabalin at night as this medication is supposed to help with nerve pain.

I have also be told I have Fibromyalgia and have all the problems that go with this, including fatigue.(different to feeling sleepy)

I am hoping the my next visit to Rotator Cuff consultant will result in another injection as they do not want to operate as I also have COPD.

Currently I am experiencing joint pain in my arms and in my hands. Unfortunately people who do not experience these problems just have no idea as to how you feel, and I am often told by family actually we cant do anything for your pain, take pain killers

Being that they do not understand,or dont want to understand, makes it so much harder to relate to them.

I have some friends who have this same problem so it is easier of course to relate to them.

I know from being a lady who loves cooking and baking and entertaining, I am unable to carry on with my hobbies all because of this awful pain and fatigue.

The only pain Killers that I can take are Paracetamol,as Co Codamol causes problems for my stomach Tramadol too strong for me.

Because of the medication that I take I have found a rub called Flexiseq it does help to an extent it does not have any drugs in the formula.
