There are times when I feel down, frustrated & lonely, mainly cos of the uncertainty of how to maintain my health. I pray that your Rheumy will give you solutions that reduce your pain & ensure your speedy recovery. It's great that this forum gives us the opp to express our concerns with others who empathise. I try to write a list of current symptoms as my mind goes blank in those appts. Do you have hospital summary letters to give your new Rheumy? In the past when changing Rheumy some of my notes have been lost by hospital in transition so I always keep a copy of summary of letters. I hope you find comfort fr the replies x

Hi Jessie

Good luck for your appointment. I'm sure it will go well, it's good your flaring as it's more likely to show in your bloods that they'll take. Let us know how you get on.X

The 'good' thing about flares is that they pass eventually. It might not feel like it now but at least with some meds you can be pretty certain you'll soon improve. Good luck with the rheumy's appointment.
