Just started on this medication, got all the training and delivery sorted out. Was a little weird my GP didn't know what it was but I had leaflet with me and he read thoroughly. Now I guess I cross fingers and wait to see if it works.

Wishing you all the very best with this, silvergilt. I've not heard of golimumab, so googled it just now....from what I read, am thinking you're receiving highly specific treatment targeted on your particular set of symptoms & test results. This has got to be good. I remember that you've been having a very tough time finding effective treatment....i vvvvv much hope this gives the results you need. And I hope you'll let us know how you get on. Am sure you'll get some good replies. Just want to thank you for giving this news, and to say that my fingers are crossed for you. XO
Thanks very much. Currently I'm a bit worried how spaced out I am (I got pretty bad on methotrexate which is why I had to come off it). I had to drive my son to school and back and it was the scariest two hours of my life as I couldn't think properly. Shouldn't have been behind the wheel! I want to give the meds a chance as I might just be flaring; it's only been two weeks and they did tell me it may take a few injections before I know if it's working or not, but I'm a bit gutted I can't drive anywhere safely right now. Way too much brain confusion.
I'll just stand firm and hope!
