Had a sore throat and no energy at all for nearly 3 weeks now. Could happily sleep for 18 hours a day? Any suggestions?

Dreadful tiredness? I'm used to times when I feel excessively tired but am going through a period of over 2 weeks when I have no energy?

I have found that keeping my vitamin levels for D and B12 topped up by supplements and regular checks has made a difference to my energy levels - that and healthy eating and trying to get out for some fresh air daily whatever the weather. Have you had your throat checked out for infection or Tonsilitis by a GP I wonder? I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks. Will get myself checked out. X
Hi Rockhopper
Virus's can cause extra tiredness that we Lupies don't need!. They can take a long time to get over!
Have you been checked for anaemia?. This can cause excessive tiredness. Hope you feel better soonX
