You can loose weight by restricting your calorie intake daily without exercising, if you are obese and live in the UK your GP could send you to Weight Watchers for free

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Nothing worth having in life is easy. Though it seems easier for some people than others. If losing weight is important to you, then make it a passion and a goal. Learn how to eat healthy one bite at a time. I am not overweight but struggle with cholesterol and a love of baked goods. Donuts are my enemy. But I need to choose if I love donuts or my family more. I want to be here years longer, so I make good healthy choices. Dont give up, keep on going, you can lose weight. Try and find a type of exercise that works for you.

I got a recipe from someone that says this works, but check with doctor first...sometimes apple cider vinegar has an adverse effect on urethra and may cause urinary problems . ....1 glass 8oz water, add 2 tbl apple cider vinegar, 2 tbl lemon juice, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbl honey. I have heard that cinnamon is good all around especially for sugar problems like diabetes. Careful - cinnamon, honey, vinegar have blood thinning elements by blocking vitamin k. If you are on meds, talk to your doctor first.

I can't take cinnamon as I'm allergic to it and honey gives me a foggy brain if I have it too often and too much. To keep my weight relatively stable, I only eat when I'm hungry, but don't go too long without eating something - whole food - not junk food and I do my best to exercise and keep moving by walking, gardening, cleaning, etc. everything in moderation, but exercise seems to lessen the symptoms providing I don't over do it and also keeps the weight down by helping the circulation and digestion. Our metabolisms are all different and each needs to work out what is right for them.
