Hi everyone I have my E.S.A. Tribunal next week if I lose is there anything else I can do.

I have supporting letters from my G.P. and Consultant. But still I have no hope. thanks

If you don't succeed at your tribunal, you can appeal to an upper tribunal. It is a lengthy and more complex

procedure than an appeal hearing and it is helpful to have some legal knowledge. It would be

wise, to try to get help from a welfare rights worker if you need to do this.

Your local CAB will help but usually staffed mainly by volunteers and is likely to be very busy and may not be able to see you straight away.T hey are experts in this minefield though and worth waiting for.
