Book to read

I have just finished reading TALKING ABOUT LUPUS and have to recommend it as a must read.

It is all very easy to understand and there is such a lot of information and written in a down to earth way. It has helped me tremendously and has given me the answer to loads of questions.

It is available through LUPUS UK and costs £7.99 plus postage.

Well worth it:)
