Do you use support bands?

Hi

Just wondering if anyone uses support bands for painful joints and muscles! I do especially on my hands as they hurt so bad but now also my elbows and knees. What type of supports do you find are best?

I am currently just using tubigrips!

Tubigrips are horrible and they slip down and nip your skin - especially on the back of your knees or arms.

I would suggest you have a look and perhaps try the more robust and comfortable sports support versions. You can buy them at boots and they come on different colours sometimes. They are bulkier but give better support and generally more comfortable.

They can be washed and last for a long time so worth the extra cost in the longer term.
