HI all i joined this community because i have been stinged by flying brown insect

When it stinged my left hand hurt alot for 4 hours after that it stop hurting but i am feeling like something burning inside there is no swelling even the sign of insect bite is gone but now a little redness remaining in very small area but when i press any area surrounding the sign of bite other than the red sign area i feel alot of pain and itchy feeling it seems like someone is pressing my hand i need advice

I just come back from doctors got bit on arm .he put me on antibiotics and a steroid cream so get it checked out x
