Pain rating 10 out of 10 but on the plus side see reumatologist tomorrow for the first time.

Had a realy bad day yesterday with pains in my ankles knees and back and feeling rough all day then when I went to bed to rest it got a lot worse radiating up my back and neck and omg a whopping headache from hell, to top it all off the aftermath of a pulmonary embolism.

I knew i had lupus but never had it attack me like this.

I have made a few notes for my appointment tomorrow hopefully i can get some help. Only had paracetamol and codeine so far.
