Do you feel better on low-dose naltrexone?

A couple of people on here have said they're taking LDN, low-dose naltrexone.

Does it help? In what way(s)? How long did it take to have an effect? Any downsides?

I have given details on LDN to all my consultants, including Professor Khamashta. He was very interested but wanted more details on experiences in this country in terms of who prescribes it, what the results are, clinical trials etc. I've found some references on Wikipedia and a couple of websites and will forward those to him. But has anybody got other information I could forward to Prof K? Has he prescribed LDN to anyone on here?

Many thanks.
