It will depend on your symptoms. Every woman is different and it may also depend on the medication you are taking.

Copious amounts of water and layering of clothes, so you can cool down. Cut out as much sugar as possible, you will notice the difference quickly and the sugar craving does go eventually. Buy a very light duvet . Know that you are not mad, and there is so much help out there. Good luck.
