i suppose i am lucky compared to some. i was diagnosed with lupus of the skin 3mths ago.

i find it very hard to keep out of the sun and even had to buy a sun hat which i am not a hat person. i have even started buying uv protection clothing which is quite expensive, i am going to AUSTIN USA in September and is sightly worried about how to cope with the sun there, my rash is on my arms legs and face. i would love to hear from anyone who ihas this kind of Lupus and how they are managing with this.
