We have been asked to share this survey that is being carried out to seek the views of people who have had surgery across the UK and Europe.
The survey is being carried out by an organisation called LUCE and supported by a distinguished UK based surgeon.
The short questionaire can be completed online.
The results will be discussed at a meeting of clinicians and advocates later this summer.
