Hi shadow on lung

Hi just had X-ray then dr phoned a day later there’s a shadow being referred for a ct scan just feeling sad.

It's worrying when referred on for other tests but shadow on the lung can be many things - scarring from previous infections like TB, pneumonia, or new infection or other causes - the reason you're sent on for other investigations is to rule things out as much as in... so try not to jump to any conclusions yet.... and try and distract yourself from stressing too much at this stage.... fingers crossed that whatever the problem is, it can be resolved well... good luck.

Definitely a weekend to remember I’ve now tested positive for corona virus things can only get better x

Agree - that might also be the cause of your chest x-ray not appearing normal.... hope you recover soon...

Hi at least having corona virus has me stopped thinking about the shadow and grateful that I’m not suffering to much. X
