Hi - does anyone have any experience of surgery or radiation for stage 4 nsclc? I have read of some successes o/s. Currently on immunotherapy but always wanting to look at 'next steps'!

Surgery for stage 4 nsclc
I was repeatedly told that surgery was not appropriate for my stage 4 lung cancer and not offered radiotherapy.
Chemo was seen as the best option.
However views are changing. See link below.

There is also some evidence that radiaton works better in combination with radiation.
