Hi I have had lower lobe of lung removed due to cancer in 20015 and finished chemo in 2015. I am having so much pain in my feet doctors have given me antidepressants and pain patches unfortunately nothing is helping, has any one else suffered the same side effects and tried any other form of treatment that has been successful. I also have breast cancer and after radiotherapy I am taking lesterol. Radiotherapy there were no side effects. I look forward to hearing from someone with the same problem and possibly some other treatment. Thankyou

Hello Liliananne, welcome to our forum, I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing painful feet, this may be peripheral neuropathy which can be caused by the drugs used during chemotherapy, normally this side effect lasts only a few months but in some cases it can take much longer even years to resolve. I have found a very good link at cancer research which explains the symptoms and suggests some treatments
