Hi all, not wrote on here for a while, I had a tough time in the winter/spring with pneumonia and fluid around the heart, took 2 months to recover as my immune system is shit, and was in and out of the hospital 4 times in the space of 6 weeks. Anyway in the last month or so I have been taking my oil regularly and a new tablet called NAPROXEN and been pain free for a month now..... Went to see oncologist today and there is nothing else they can do for me so I guess it's all up to me know heathy eating and taking my cannabis oil that's all I have to rely on now. Me....me.....me

It's 10% infuse CBD 100ml organic cannabis oil.

Hi Littleannies

Like others will say you should have a treatment plan for you and your nurse cancer specialist should help although I had not even met mine. I just kept making myself a nuisance and went through the Onc . Secretary to make appointments. You should go through your GP firstly and say you are not happy, get him on your side (and they should know about your situation already) and take it from there.

Lifes too short, keep fighting for what you want you are entitled to it.

Keep strong and you have got lots of friends on here possibly In the same situation as yourself. You are not alone.

Dear

Littleannies,

I am sorry to hear that you have been so unwell recently. From your post it seems that you have been treated quite actively to date

Ethical, legal and human rights principles place an obligation on doctors(for example the Oncologist) to offer patients those treatments where the possible benefits outweigh any burdens or risks associated with the treatment; and to avoid those treatments which will provide no overall benefit to the patient. It is assumed that the Oncologist explained to you the reasons about no further treatment at this stage. It is also important to remember that you will receive on going support from the healthcare team who will do their best to manage any symptoms you may have in the future

.

Healthy eating is as you say is important and any other measures you feel are beneficial to improve how you feel.

I am sure you will have the contact details of your clinical Nurse specialist and your GP will refer you to those healthcare professionals (Mc Millan Nurse /District Nurse etc.) who will assess your on-going needs and plan how best to support you physically and mentally. They will also advise you and your family regarding any resources which they feel may be beneficial to you.

As you have only just returned from your hospital appointment I would advise you to speak to your GP about your concerns and based on your management to date if they could explain any other options that are available, including the option to seek a second opinion.

Kind regards
